Do something different. Do something that makes you uncomfortable. Do something that makes your body feel better and heal. Yoga is so not my thing - but this morning I decided to give my body a little stretch session. My back needs to get all the way better and it just isn't happening as fast as I want. I'm hoping adding in some daily stretching and some guided yoga throughout will help me. I could definitely feel it the whole time this morning. 23 minutes of stretching with yoga felt good and I'm hoping it lasts through the day! Do something out of your comfort zone today!
